Remodeled Kitchen

Custom countertops, extra thick with electrical sockets under the peninsula, next to an "appliance garage" (where you can store, toaster, bread oven, blender etc. and plug in with ease). New gas oven and new dishwasher. Open, inviting, convenient. Lots of storage. Most below waist storage are drawers, where pots and pans, bowls and casserole dishes can be retrieved with ease.

 

Dining Area

Conveniently right next to the kitchen, open to the living room, and yet a comfortably inviting and contained space.

Maintenance Free Landscaping

Cutting edge (get it?) turf technology from Pro-Green Inc. This lawn requires no water, no fertilizer, no effort on your part, just enjoy - all year around!

Raised Beamed Living Room Ceiling

10' ceiling makes for a comfortably spacious living room. Laminate floors help complete a clean and open look, while rugs and your furniture and of course the wood burning hearthstone stove make life cosyand comfortable.

Spacious Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is spacious and is shown here with a king sized bed and oversized chair. There is an updated en-suite master bathroom, with double vanity and adjoining walk-in closet.

In March 2009, one of the bedroom walls was freshly painted with a brushed pearl faux finish, creating a more intimate space. The finish is an interior Valspar paint that can be easily painted over if the style does not suit (no need to strip the paintwork- you can just paint over). Of course we think you will not desire to paint over it, and will love it as much as we do.

En-Suite Master Bath with double vanity.

Please note, the master bath has brand new flooring. Beautiful ceramic tile and black trim (not shown in this photo - will get an update soon - or you can come and see it for yourself! It's the same tile and black trim as the remodeled guest bathroom)

The bathroom floor has recently been re-tiled with a Tugela Green, African Slate (porcelain tile).
